Yesterday I’m having an issue, ribbon on my Outlook 2010 is missing, try to repair but still no luck and by creating new profile also didn’t solve the problem.

So my so solution is based on this technet article :

  1. Close Outlook
  2. Go to HKEY_CLASSESS_ROOT\TypeLib\{HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\{2DF8D04C-5BFA-101B-BDE5-00AA0044DE52} , my case is 2.5, backup it up.
  3. Delete the key 2.5
  4. Open Outlook again

Now my ribbon back online Smile but somehow CRM Add-in not working right, gonna check it by today.
